ABOUT THE PROGRAM
The OLPH Sharks competitive program combines all of the skills learned in the developmental team and the pre-compete program.We begin to challenge our swimmers with more difficult practices aimed at building a good aerobic base while still maintaining proper technique.We begin teaching the kids race strategy as meets are encouraged but still optional.
FALL / WINTER PRACTICE SCHEDULE
Fall registration is due by September 20th for the October 4th start.The cost can be paid in two installments.Late start date is November 15th and the cost will be prorated.The schedule changes November 15th to account for increased practices and the addition of a second practice option.Practices are 1 hour.
